Order Amendments

If you need to change your order: 

      • Email us at info@honeybeebaker.co.za
      • Subject line must include your Order Number
      • Requests must be received in writing via email no later than 7 days before your collection/delivery date 
      • Changes are subject to availability and a R150 admin fee
      • Payment needs to be made at least 72 hours before collection/delivery date in order for the changes to be affected.
      • Absolutely no changes whatsoever can be made to any order within 72h of your collection/delivery date

Changes are only processed once confirmed in writing and payment for the admin fee reflects in our account. 

Cancellations & Date Changes

To cancel or change your date: 

    • Email us at info@honeybeebaker.co.za with your Order Number
    • Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice may choose:
        • 80% refund (less 20% processing fee and R150 admin fee)
        • Store credit (valid for 60 days; applicable to pre-designed cakes only)

    • All cancellations incur a R150 admin fee
    • No exceptions will be made for cancellations via WhatsApp, SMS, voice notes, phone calls or in store
    • Cancellations or date changes within 7 days of collection/delivery are not permitted, as your order is already in production and allocated to our baking schedule.
       
      We understand that emergencies happen, and if you contact us in writing, we’ll do our best to assist where possible. In such cases, any form of accommodation (rescheduling or partial credit) is not guaranteed and will be subject to:
      • Admin approval
      • Production status at the time of the request
      • A minimum admin fee of R150
      • No refund will be issues, credit (if any), will be provided in the form of a promo code valid for 60 days only.
       
      If your order has already been prepared or decorated, no refund or rescheduling is possible.
       
      We care about our customers, but we are a small team working with perishable, customized products. Thank you for understanding ❤

Refunds & Returns

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions: 

    • You notify us via email at info@honeybeebaker.co.za within 24 hours of receiving your order
    • Include your order number, photos, and a detailed explanation
    • Refunds are considered at our discretion and based on product quality, not taste preference

Refunds will not be issued if: 

    • The item was consumed or discarded (we may request a sample)
    • The issue is due to food colouring taste (e.g., dark colours)
    • Products were exposed to improper storage conditions
    • The order was damaged in transport by a third-party courier (e.g., The Courier Guy)
    • The customer failed to follow our communication policy

Refunds are processed via EFT to the original purchaser. No cash refunds are issued.
