Ticket sales are final. Should you no longer be able to attend, you are welcome to gift your ticket to someone else or receive a voucher of 25% of the original ticket sale value. Workshop tickets can NOT be transferred to future classes.
Please understand that we are not doing this to be greedy. But every time someone cancels a ticket, it means that we lose income if that spot is not filled. As we are a small business, we cannot afford open spaces in workshops, since every ticket contributes to venue hire, staff remuneration etc.
